The students at USA Aiken are digging Bootlikker! Through Aramark’s “locals” program, all three Bootlikker sauces are on the condiments shelf in the Café. The innovative chefs have even made a delicious Brisket Mac-n-chesse that everyone loves. Soon they will be doing a Wednesday Wing Night! We had the opportunity in August to go to USA Aiken and hand out Bootlikker swag and samples. It was great to meet everyone with Aramark and many of the students!
Following suit, Aramark at Valdosta State University has also added Bootlikker to the menu!
