A nice twist on the holiday bird with a little bit of kick!
After sticking a stick of butter and fresh chopped garlic inside your turkey, rub more garlic on the skin of the turkey. Salt and pepper it a little and then coat the outside of the bird with Bootlikker Hot Sauce. Cook with appropriate time for size of bird. Every 30 minutes, pour some white wine over the whole turkey. When the bottle is empty, take it away from your wife and then use the liquid in the pan to continue to baste until done.
Add some groovy accoutrements and eat.
